Terms and Conditions

A full ticket refund is possible no later than 5 days prior to the show.
If you wish to return the ticket 3 days before the show, we will be able to refund 50% of the ticket amount. If there are less than 3 days remaining until the show, refunds cannot be processed.
Important note: Refunds are subject to a 5% ticket operator commission deduction.
A Gift Certificate is an open-date ticket, thus subject to the same refund and compensation policies.

Leave bags and backpacks behind; all necessary items will be provided.
Arrival point: Estadio 1° de Maio, Lisbon.
Football and athletic training may occur nearby, adding to your experience.
Staff will guide you on-site, providing headphones and instructions.
